Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with computerized data entry.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with medical health insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Registers all patients accurately in an orderly manner.
• Processes insurance authorizations and patient inquiries.
• Collects and enters all patient insurance information.
• Determines patient benefit coverage, notifying them of financial responsibilities.
• Transitions patients to the Financial Counseling Department.
• Meets benchmarks and quality indicators set by Holy Name Medical Center.
• Demonstrates professionalism and flexibility in scheduling coverage.
