Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare finance or related setting.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate coverage for services, including authorizations.
• Communicate with physicians/clinical staff as needed.
• Pre-registration of scheduled services with verifications and authorizations.
• Assist patients with Adventist HealthCare charitable applications.
