Responsibilities

• Completes patient packets and coordinates admissions for billing.
• Assists Medicaid/CMSP applications and appointments with county welfare office.
• Maintains and updates patient accounts for medical and financial eligibility.
• Posts payments and applies contractual adjustments to patient accounts.
• Sets up payment schedules when patients cannot pay balances.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
