Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient records are complete and accurate, including demographics, insurance, guarantor, and registration.
• Educate patients on estimated out-of-pocket costs and assist with bill pay options.
• Determine payer sources and assist with authorizations, referrals, or pre-determination as needed.
• Communicate clearly with peers, payors, physicians, patients and other departments.
