Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of collections or insurance-related experience.
• Basic proficiency with computers / data entry.

Responsibilities

• Register patients with accurate demographic data in the ADT system.
• Identify patients to prevent duplicate MRNs.
• Ensure complete documentation for regulatory compliance and billing.
• Verify insurance benefits and determine coverage levels.
• Collect and enter data for accurate reimbursement.
• Obtain signatures on required forms.
• Explain patient rights and HIPAA materials.
• Escalate complex cases to Registration leadership when needed.
