We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Patient Financial Counselor to help patients understand their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.This roleis responsible forinsurance verification, financial counseling, upfront collections, payment arrangements, andmaintainingaccuratepatient financial records.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial counseling andcollectionsexpertisewith a genuine desire to help others. Because this is a patient-facing role within a behavioral health environment, we are seeking someone whodemonstratescompassion, empathy, patience, and emotional intelligencewhileassistingpatients through challenging situations.Three years of collecting experience isrequiredfor thisrole,five years is preferred.

This is an onsite role.
