This role is responsible for insurance verification, financial counseling, upfront collections, payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate patient financial records.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial counseling and collections expertise with a genuine desire to help others. Because this is a patient-facing role within a behavioral health environment, we are seeking someone who demonstrates compassion, empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence while assisting patients through challenging situations. Three years of collecting experience is required for this role, five years is preferred.
