• Prepare charity care, administrative adjustment requests, and payment arrangements as needed.
• Maintain collection, charity, and adjustment logs and review activity with leadership.
• Analyze account information and take appropriate action to support timely payment and reimbursement.

Because this is a patient-facing role within a behavioral health environment, we are seeking someone whodemonstratescompassion, empathy, patience, and emotional intelligencewhileassistingpatients through challenging situations.Three years of collecting experience isrequiredfor thisrole,five years is preferred.

• Ability to explain complex insurance and financial information to patients and families.
