Responsibilities

• Sets payment arrangements with uninsured and/or underinsured patients and physicians' offices.
• Ensures financial statements are scanned and patient accounts are adjusted for state audits.
• Reviews patient accounts proposed for transfer to collections and makes recommendations to leadership.
• Prepares, processes, and follows cases for patients requesting financial assistance.
