Job summary

Duke University Health System seeks a Financial Care Counselor to support the Patient Revenue Management Office (PRMO) by managing patient accounts, verification of insurance benefits, and scheduling pre-registration and billing tasks.

You will communicate financial liabilities to patients, arrange payment options, and assist with government funding sources while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Admit, register, and pre-register patients with correct data.
• Greet patients, collect required documentation and provide financial counseling.
