Qualifications

• High school education or higher; postsecondary preferred.
• Two years of hospital service access, clinical service access, physician office or billing experience or an Associate/Bachelor's with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient accounts according to protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Explain bills and assist patients with financial options and government funding.
• Analyze insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Update billing system and collect payments per policy.
• Greet patients and gather documentation for inquiries and complaints.
