• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Responds to questions and concerns.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Provides exceptional customer service to consumers which establish a positive first impression.
• Identifies and counsels financially unsecured patients regarding payment options.
