Qualifications

• 1 year related experience or college degree.
• Strong math and billing terminology understanding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; Epic Systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet productivity and quality standards in timely resolution of claim edits and follow-up.
• Follow up with third party payers for receivables including denials and appeals.
• Provide HIPAA-compliant communication with patients and payers.
• Support operations across various AR accounts and reporting requirements.
• Assist with special projects and participate in training as assigned.
