Responsibilities

• Creates accurate estimates to maximize up-front cash collections and documents collections as required.
• Calculates patients' co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance and discusses costs before service.
• Provides payment options and arranges payment agreements with patients.
• Connects patients with financial counseling or Medicaid eligibility vendors.
• Registers patients for all services with accurate data and excellent service.
• Maintains open communication with clinical partners and covers shifts as needed.
