Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a financial, business office, or customer service environment.
• Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office-based products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Typing proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provides exemplary customer service to patients and families during the collections process.
• Gathers and inputs demographic and financial information accurately.
• Obtains authorizations and insurance details as needed.
• Explains forms and collects signatures from patients/guarantors.
• Verifies benefits with payers and determines patient responsibility.
• Maintains registration system documentation and logs.
