Orlando Health – Health Central Hospital is seeking a part-time Financial Counselor in Ocoee, FL. The role supports patients and families by explaining the payment process and assisting with financial arrangements in a high-quality customer-service environment.

Responsibilities include collecting payments, verifying benefits, and documenting information in registration systems while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Two years’ experience in a financial, business office or customer service environment.
• Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office-based products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Typing proficiency and basic data entry skills.

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members at all times.
• Input patient/guarantor demographic and financial information accurately.
• Obtain authorizations, diagnosis and procedure details from physicians as necessary.
