AdventHealth, located in Florida, is seeking a front-line patient access professional for the evening shift. You will handle Medicare compliance tasks, verify insurance and eligibility, and register patients for services, ensuring accurate records and timely payments.

Ideal candidates possess strong customer service skills, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Proven experience in customer service.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Able to use hospital EMR and standard MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue notices as needed.
• Create accurate estimates of patient financial responsibility and collect payments.
• Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorization issues.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations within timeframes.
• Register patients for all services and ensure accuracy of records.
• Provide excellent customer service and document conversations with patients and insurers.
