Responsibilities

• Destination Coordination: Greets patients and families warmly, providing directions and escort assistance to ensure arrival at destination.
• Environmental Services: Cleans, manages waste, replenishes supplies in patient rooms and common areas.
• Dietary Services: Delivers meals per diet orders and adheres to food safety standards.
• Transportation Services: Transports patients and equipment between units, logs activities, and reports issues.
• Telehealth Cart Retrieval and Set Up: Retrieves and sets up telehealth carts, tests equipment weekly.
• Supply & Equipment Management: Orders, stocks and delivers supplies and equipment; manages inventory.
