Job Responsibilities include:

1. Guest Assistance: Greet hospital guests positively, provide verbal assistance, guidance, and directions to visitors and patients, and serve as a reference for visiting hours, directions, package delivery, and hospital policies.
2. Patient & Family Concierge Duties: Engage with patients and families, facilitate communication, and support their needs to improve their hospital experience.
3. EVS Associate Responsibilities: Clean assigned areas, make beds, inspect and report issues.
4. Transporter Responsibilities: Safely transport patients and equipment, record activities, and communicate with management.
5. Supply & Equipment Management: Manage supplies, organize stockrooms, monitor expiration dates, and collaborate with supply chain management.
6. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, answer phones, update patient records, and coordinate tests and procedures.
7. Patient Care Support: Respond to call lights, assist with patient mobility, and perform safety and compliance audits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (or one year of relevant experience).
• 6 months of experience as a Patient & Family Concierge or similar role.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Desire and compassion to provide excellent patient and family care.
• Completion of at least one annual contribution in departmental activities.
• Act 34 background clearance.

Additional Requirements:

• Demonstrated competency in all responsibilities of the role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
