• Prepares daily schedules for each provider and patient charts.
• Manages patient flow to reduce wait times and assist patients as needed.
• Maintains a neat, orderly reception area and professional relationships with referring offices.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and performs other duties as assigned.
