Job summary

You will develop, coordinate, and implement patient experience training, working with clinical and non-clinical teams to strengthen communication and service recovery.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum two years in healthcare, a customer service, or patient experience.
• Minimum two years in training, facilitation, and adult learning programs.
• Knowledge of patient satisfaction methodologies preferred.
• Certification as Certified Patient Experience Professional is preferred.
