Job summary

You will lead cross-functional improvement projects, use patient experience data to drive changes, and collaborate with diverse hospital sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, health care, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in MBA, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or other health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of improvement, efficiency, and innovative thinking by engaging partners to deliver exceptional patient experience.
• Build trusting partnerships across the system, educate and coach patient experience best practices.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional improvement work across the system.
• Utilize patient experience data to inform improvement work.
