Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years in healthcare, customer service, patient experience, or organizational development.
• Two years of training, facilitation, and development of adult learning programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient experience training programs for new and existing employees.
• Plans and implements patient experience training seminars and workshops.
• Develops educational materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and participant resources.
• Delivers educational sessions on patient experience standards, including communication skills, empathy, service excellence, and culture.
• Facilitates workshops, simulations, role-plays, and leadership development sessions.
• Conducts coaching sessions with leaders and staff to improve patient interactions and service behaviors.
• Evaluates learning effectiveness and recommends improvements.
• Collaborates with Patient Experience Directors on strategies and initiatives.
• Participates in patient experience committees and improvement initiatives.
• Assists with patient experience events and recognition programs.
