Job summary

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join a team dedicated to exceptional patient care in dermatology and aesthetic services. You will welcome patients, collect forms, verify insurance information, and support front office operations with professionalism and organization.

The role requires strong communication, accurate data handling, and a positive attitude; familiarity with medical terminology and standard software is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred; familiarity with medical terminology desirable.
• Must be comfortable using medical software and patient databases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient patient entry into the office.
• Greet patients professionally and supply necessary forms and literature.
• Verify accuracy of information and collect insurance ID cards and licenses.
• Support front office administrators and Office Manager in daily tasks.
• Pull and file patient records and coordinate scheduling and outreach.
