Ayr Wellness is seeking a dedicated Team Lead to oversee daily operations at our Florida dispensary. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to hire, develop, and coach a team of patient advocates, ensuring compliance with state and local rules and delivering exceptional customer service to patients and customers.

In this role you will manage inventory, prepare daily financial reports, and maintain HIPAA privacy standards while driving KPIs and ensuring a patient-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform leadership and oversight of a retail medical marijuana dispensary operating under Florida DOH licensure.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients while coaching team members.
• Train dispensary staff to understand procedures and product offerings.
• Manage inventory entries and ensure traceability from receipt to sale.
• Prepare daily financial reporting and oversee cash handling procedures.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules and ensure KPI tracking.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy across operations.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain a patient-friendly environment and high standards of store appearance.
