Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, inventory accuracy, KPI reporting, and maintaining a patient‑focused environment while upholding state regulations and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with patients.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and coach staff.
• Ability to adapt and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced dispensary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leadership and oversight of a Florida licensed dispensary.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach team members.
• Report findings to the appropriate manager and maintain compliance.
• Administer routine inventory inspections and ensure accurate records.
• Supervise patient advocate staff and schedule shifts.
• Train staff on SOPs and product knowledge for compliance and quality.
• Ensure KPI tracking and handle daily financial reporting and cash handling.
• Maintain patient education programs and protect patient privacy.
