Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Team Lead to support store management and staff at a Florida dispensary, ensuring operations meet company standards and regulatory requirements. You will oversee daily activities, coach team members, and ensure exceptional patient service.

You will hire and develop a motivated team of patient advocates, train on SOPs, product knowledge, compliance, inventory, and cash handling, while maintaining a welcoming, compliant, and efficient patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and pass a Level 2 Background Check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a retail dispensary team is preferred.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations for medical cannabis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Florida dispensary under FDH licensure.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and product traceability.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and educate staff on compliance.
• Develop staff schedules and oversee cash handling.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare daily financial reporting.
