Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Able to pass Level 2 FBI background check
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or related role
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Florida dispensary under licensure by the Florida Department of Health
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and coach staff
• Administer routine inventory checks and enter receipts into NAV
• Develop and maintain staff schedules; manage patient advocate staff
• Ensure procedures are up to date and compliant with state/local regulations, including HIPAA education
• Support KPI tracking and daily financial reporting
