• Provide excellent customer service to patients and coach staff
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage patient advocate staff and scheduling

• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security practices are followed
• Monitor patient education programs and competitor landscape
• Communicate incidents to leadership and compliance teams
