You will coordinate with leadership and various departments to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service operations, strong data analytics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service operations or hospitality/healthcare settings.
• Strong coaching and on-the-job training skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong data analytics.
• Proficient with Windows-based office software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activities with leadership to create engaged, safe patient experiences.
• Administer client and customer surveys and respond promptly.
• Develop and customize patient satisfaction action plans for accounts.
• Support client objectives to ensure account retention.
• Participate in hospital committees related to patient satisfaction and governance.
