Job summary

Mon Health Medical Center is seeking a Switchboard Operator for the GUEST RELATIONS team at the Mon Medical Center Main Campus. You will transfer calls, handle paging, reset passwords, and be the primary contact for organization questions, ensuring a positive patient- and customer-centered experience.

Responsibilities include professional call handling, routing inquiries, monitoring alarms, and logging tickets in Service Desk.

Qualifications

• Previous call center or support center experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and forward incoming calls professionally and service-oriented.
• Assist users with inquiries and forward to appropriate departments.
• Monitor alerts and alarms and paging per protocol.
• Overhead pages physicians and departments as required.
• Log and input trouble tickets in Service Desk; reset passwords as needed.
