Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• 5+ years' experience in area of expertise.
• Healthcare experience, preferably in a patient experience oriented role.
• Dynamic presentation facilitation skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to travel 30%-40% of the time.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
