Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and community with professional, respectful service.
• Schedule patients, enter scheduling data into the system.
• Assists with insurance verification and qualification of patient payments.
• Collects and processes patient payments; reconciles cash at end of day.
• Schedules referrals or follow-ups and assists with online scheduling.
