Job summary

Cottage Health is seeking a Clinical Concierge to register patients, collect payments, room patients, and assist providers. You will discharge patients and follow up to maximize the patient experience, from pre-visit through post-visit, under Site Manager guidance.

The role requires a Medical Assistant program graduate or 1 year of related experience with EHR knowledge, BLS, and strong communication and organizational skills. CA-based outpatient setting, central coast region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; MA program graduate or 2 years equivalent experience.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and phlebotomy preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, collect payments, room patients.
• Assist providers with front and back office duties.
• Discharge patients and coordinate follow-up.
• Serve as patient advocate and ensure timely patient flow.
• Collaborate with staff and Site Manager.
