You will follow established workflows, verify demographics and insurance details, and initiate insurance eligibility to ensure timely authorizations for reimbursement.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Clear understanding of healthcare terminology is beneficial
• Ability to document interactions accurately and thoroughly

Responsibilities

• Resolves consumer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Adheres to workflows, scripting, and greetings to ensure accurate data entry.
• Initiates insurance eligibility checks to timely obtain authorizations.
• Maintains knowledge of educational materials for department services.
• Documents interactions and updates records in relevant systems.
