Job summary

Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking a Patient Services professional for our corporate office in Southfield, MI. The role supports a best-in-class patient experience with follow-up and resolution of complaints, issues and inquiries, on a hybrid schedule (in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; remote Wednesday/Friday).

Responsibilities include documenting patient interactions, resolving issues with the Patient Services Manager, and assisting patients with inquiries while maintaining

Qualifications

• Document patient complaints, actions and results in systems.
• Escalate or resolve issues with the Patient Services Manager as needed.
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to deliver service.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication.
• Proficiency with Excel for basic tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Delivers detailed documentation and reports of patient complaints and outcomes in appropriate systems.
• Independently resolve or escalate issues affecting patient complaints to the Patient Services Manager.
• Assist patients in responding to complaints and general inquiries in a timely manner.
• Facilitate resolution of patient clinical issues with the Patient Services Manager.
• Perform follow-up processes to ensure timely, tracked and reported activities.
