Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients in person or by phone.
• Verify patient information and demographics when needed.
• Register patients and update demographic data in the registration system.
• Schedule appointments, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Obtain insurance cards, IDs, and signatures on forms; assist with OB/COB tasks.
• Document calls in the EMR and discuss financial assistance with patients.
