Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments, tests, referrals, and consultations in the registration system.
• Obtain IDs, insurance cards, and signatures; assist with prior authorizations as needed.
• Educate patients on forms, billing, and financial assistance; obtain payments per policy.
