Qualifications

• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and PHI of patients, members, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients, verify information, and register patients.
• Schedule appointments for visits, procedures, tests, referrals, and/or consultations.
• Resolves patient needs and documents all phone calls in the EMR.
• Assist with insurance cards, IDs, signatures, and billing forms.
• Process payments and educate patients on financial assistance as needed.
