You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, manage appointments, and coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely, quality care. The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a passion for customer service; bilingual skills are a plus (Mandarin/Cantonese/Russian/Spanish preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Medical terminology knowledge and radiology office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collect co-pays and fees; answer and transfer calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide patient orientation for preparatory and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications in accordance with policies.
• Interact professionally with patients and coworkers, respecting boundaries and sensitivities.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
