Job summary

Liberty Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Representative to manage front desk operations, greet patients, collect copays, and coordinate MyChart/EMR requests. You will support scheduling, check-ins, and post-visit follow-ups within a busy ambulatory setting.

Your responsibilities include registering patients, verifying insurance, processing referrals, and assisting with MyChart activation while ensuring excellent patient experience and adherence to Health System policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Scheduling: Schedule internal and external referrals.
• Schedules in person appointments, telehealth, surgeries, procedures using Epic Cadence.
• Registration of patient during scheduling including demographics and insurance verification.
• Collect copays and patient payments at point of service.
