• Checks in patients, verifies demographics and insurance, and collects payments.
• Registers new patients and updates contact and insurance information.
• Answers calls, screens messages, and relays information to staff.
• Maintains neat and organized reception and front desk area.
• Escalates problems to Practice Manager and assists in problem solving.
• Attends educational and staff meetings as scheduled.
• Determines daily balances of charges and receipts as directed.
• Supports clinic efficiency and team cohesion.
