Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, registers them in the computer system, and determines their insurance benefits.
• Collects payments and enters charges into the computer system.
• Verifies and updates demographics and insurance information.
• Answers telephone, screens calls, and directs inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintains front office and reception areas in a neat and orderly manner.
