Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Representative for our Glen Mills, PA office. The role focuses on front-desk support, patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, scheduling, and payments, all while upholding HIPAA and a high standard of patient service.

This full-time, on-site position runs Monday through Friday, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative orthopedic care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of patient registration/front office experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience with insurance rules, medical terminology, and EMR systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at check-in/check-out.
• Verify insurance and collect payments.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals/authorizations.
• Maintain EMR documentation and patient confidentiality.
