CityMD is seeking a Patient Service Representative to warmly greet patients, register them, and coordinate intake with the care team. The role emphasizes timely, courteous service and accurate paperwork in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires excellent communication, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to handle high-volume environments. Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Happy, welcoming, can-do attitude with patients and coworkers.
• Experience in high-volume/high-intensity service environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Typing 55 wpm and computer proficiency.
• Bilingual skills preferred based on site location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients.
• Organize patient intake and schedule coordination.
• Enter/update patient information in the system.
• Assist patients with paperwork completion.
• Scan, update and file medical records.
• Answer calls and inquiries promptly and politely.
• Process insurance information and verify eligibility.
• Manage cash and co-payments accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every patient.
• Inform site manager of waiting times and inquiries.
