Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years in patient registration or related experience
• OR an Associate’s Degree with 1 year experience
• OR a Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient PC Windows skills to input and retrieve data
• Ability to perform basic math for insurance co-pays
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming front-desk experience for patients and visitors.
• Collect registration information and perform patient scheduling tasks.
• Assist with wayfinding and transport patients when needed.
• Triage and resolve patient issues using the HEART model.
• Input and maintain confidential patient information.
• Promote MyChart and Appointment Pass to patients.
• Support process improvement and maintain high patient experience metrics.
