The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Patient Experience Representative in Family Medicine to serve as the first point of contact for patients, handle registration, scheduling, and patient communications with care and professionalism.

No prior medical office experience is required—we’ll train you. A High School diploma is required, and the role offers standard clinic hours, comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, a strong 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Represents the clinic by providing advanced level patient services regarding registration as a direct contact and resource to patient and will manage the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials and communicating delays or changes.
