Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Odessa, FL to deliver a high-touch, welcoming patient experience from inquiry through follow-up and checkout. The role supports scheduling, memberships, and retail recommendations in a medical spa setting.

You will work closely with providers and staff to ensure smooth operations, accurate records, and confidential handling of patient information, contributing to growth in aesthetics and wellness services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in aesthetics, medical spas, cosmetic dermatology, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow‑through skills.
• A warm, patient‑focused approach and the ability to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide patients through their experience, from initial contact to follow‑up.
• Respond to leads, answer questions, and provide timely, professional communication.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate provider calendars, and support smooth patient flow.
• Manage check‑in, check‑out, payment collection, rebooking, and future scheduling.
• Educate patients on services, treatments, memberships, promotions, financing options, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate patient records, CRM updates, and pipeline information.
• Support patient retention, appointment conversions, memberships, and retail goals.
• Collaborate with providers and teammates to support daily practice operations.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements, company policies, and professional standards.
