Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinics. You will educate patients, promote services, and drive growth through consultative selling while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities include building relationships with patients and physicians, executing action plans, and using POS systems to manage schedules and client data.

Qualifications

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology or similar client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for patient interactions.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude while building effective relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
• Understand the goals of the practice and independently develop and execute plans of action to achieve those goals.
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Actively support and remain aligned with the vision and goals of the practice.
• Operate various technological equipment such as a POS system in order to review client information, schedule, and adhere to clinical standards.
