You will work closely with providers and staff to ensure smooth operations, accurate records, and confidential handling of patient information, contributing to growth in aesthetics and wellness services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in aesthetics, medical spas, cosmetic dermatology, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow‑through skills.
• A warm, patient‑focused approach and the ability to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide patients through their experience, from initial contact to follow‑up.

LivingYoung, part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP), is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to help create a welcoming, high-touch experience for every patient. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, personable, service-minded, and excited to grow in the aesthetics and wellness industry.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll support the full patient journey — from first inquiry and scheduling through checkout, follow‑up, rebooking, memberships, and retail recommendations. You’ll work closely with providers and the clinic team to keep daily operations running smoothly while helping patients feel informed, cared for, and confident.

Compensation

Pay range: $19 – $20 per hour

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• Interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and learning about treatments and products.
• Comfort discussing services, memberships, promotions, financing, and retail products.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Comfort using computers and learning scheduling, patient management, and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Work environment

This is a patient‑facing role in a medical spa and clinical setting. The position includes administrative and front‑office work, frequent communication with patients and team members, use of phones and computers, and periods of standing, walking, sitting, and moving throughout the clinic. Occasional travel for meetings, training, or professional development may be required.
